A trilingual dictionary

The dictionary makes provision for three languages, namely Afrikaans, English and Xhosa. On what basis were these three languages chosen? Since most of the people employed in the wine industry are located in the Western and Northern Cape and are Afrikaans, English or Xhosa speaking, it was decided to include these three languages. The dictionary seeks to develop Xhosa as an academic language in which tertiary level students can communicate.
